How arise the brainwaves of those pioneering inventions result? There is probably not "the" statement of how and why the best minds in the past had the invasion of their lives, which made them made world famous.

But inventing is something you can learn. In particular, the way of thinking that enables someone to turn creative minds into innovative ideas. The method is called TRIZ and describes the theory of inventive problem solving. To put it bluntly, it is a "Guide to think laterally".

At AVAT this method has tradition since 2011 when the first engineer of the Tuebinger company finished his TRIZ training succesfully. Including the three engineers who passed their examination in June, in total eleven employees completed the several-day course at the Chamber of Commerce in Reutlingen.

"To be innovative, sometimes you have to think outside the box and leave old paths. Therefore we support this kind of education, by which our employees come into the position to solve even the most complex tasks, "justifies Frank Ganssloser, CEO and owner of AVAT, the motivation to promote. "In the past, some ideas developed with TRIZ have been realized in our products."

It was by chance that Ivan Barjasic of AVAT was the 1oost participant who graduated at IHK Reutlingen. Beside him Dr. Tobias Schwarz and Andreas Schneider completed the TRIZ training in June. Mrs. Dr. Ulrike Bolz, network manager at IHK Reutlingen congratulated the participants and handed over the certificates. The newspaper "Reutlinger Nachrichten" published the article on their website.
