Press release - AVAT Automation GmbH has been certified by the independent testing body TÜV Rheinland according to the standard "Excellent Employer". This makes AVAT the first company of this size with the new TÜV Rheinland seal. The certification applies to all staff, underlining AVAT's attractiveness as an employer.
Auditors from TÜV Rheinland performed an on-site examination of all the HR management processes which are required for companies to meet the 'excellent employer' standard. They conducted interviews with executives, line managers and staff on the subject integrated personnel development and management and recruiting. Their audit also focused on AVAT's corporate culture, values, communications and objectives. The auditors particularly praised the firm's internal processes and structures along with its corporate culture, which they described as a 'rarity'. 'The certificate shows that AVAT has built up a professional and effective personnel management and that the employees are filling the concept with life', explains Julian Krabs, sales representative at TÜV Rheinland. 'We see the certification as confirmation that we are acting on our company values, which make a major contribution towards our good working atmosphere. At the same time, it confirms our day-to-day commitment to shaping the future together, both for and with our staff,' says Frank Ganssloser, Managing Director of the Tübingen-based technology Company.
