Maintenance

Annual maintenance of hardware and software components, performed on-site or remotely. This includes, among other things, inspecting for dirt and damage, configuring components, performing a data backup, and providing detailed documentation.

Support

In the event of malfunctions or outages, we are available by phone or email to analyze and diagnose the issue and, if possible, resolve it immediately. With a support contract, you benefit from faster response times.
