We are celebrating 25 years of TEM Evolution - still one of the most reliable gas engine control systems in the world. The success story started in 1991 in Tübingen (Germany), where the world's first digital gas engine control system, known as TEM-System, was invented by our CEO Frank Ganssloser. Only 5 years later, after 800 TEM systems had been delivered, we launched TEM-Evo as a new development.
The new system had its world premiere in Mosbach (Germany). There it ran for the first time in 1996 in continuous operation for power and heat generation. Only one year later, TEM-Evo ensured smooth operation of highly efficient gas engines with a hydrogen content of 50% in Italy. And, it continues to do so today! Plants worldwide followed, even on an oil platform in the North Sea.
