AVAT Sponsoring: With our help, young people of D.A.I. raise €1,500 for charity

This is also part of our commitment to supporting young people: we regularly sponsoring educational projects of the German-American Institute Tübingen (D.A.I.). This time, it was a raffle at the D.A.I. summer reception in Bebenhausen Monastery, where the young people of the Youth Council raised almost €1,500 for a good cause.

This amount will go directly to the non-profit organizations Caritas Tübingen, Karolinenstift Tübingen, Pfrondorf Altersstiftung, and Mehrretich e.V. The young people have already volunteered more than 100 hours of their time there in recent months – following the example of US community service.

We are always impressed by your important commitment to our region, to education and culture, and your tireless efforts to build bridges and promote understanding in transatlantic friendship. Thank you very much for this!
